Traditional training programs provide software knowledge, but project proficiency is usually gained on the job or through internships, typically taking years to reach full productivity in the workforce.
To address this, 3DTraining, Inc., in collaboration with studios and supported by Autodesk, developed a work-simulation program where participants gain proficiency in months by working on assigned company projects.
The training is conducted online, offering self-paced or just-in-time learning. Participants train on our work-simulation platform with access to weekly instructor-led sessions.
